The site's content, branding and design are owned by Atom Digitalz Ltd unless stated otherwise. For client projects, ownership of deliverables is set out in the relevant project agreement — typically you own the code and IP we produce for you.

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranties about its availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
6. Pricing
Indicative prices shown on the site are starting points exclusive of VAT and subject to a scoped quotation. They do not constitute a binding offer.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
